Our next car wash fundraiser at the Goshen Sunoco station will be on Sunday,
June 8th. The first one was pretty successful
despite the damp, chilly weather so we're hoping for a nice warm day in June! Thanks to all who came out
to help! Please contact Jack Helenek to sign up for the next
one. |

you need to re-certify as an official this year, you should have received an
e-mail from us reminding you of that. Even if your certification is
good through next season, we recommend you attend the clinic just to brush
up on the rules and make sure you are up on any changes. If you have a
current stroke & turn certification, you can always go to a referee
clinic and learn the next step! We could also use a couple of people
to learn the starter job. Clinic times are as follows: Thursday, May 29 - Advanced referee; must be certified ref, Olney Swim Center - 8pm Sunday, June 1 - Full clinic (starter, referee, stroke & turn), Olney Swim Center - 8am Sunday, June 8 - Full clinic, Olney - 8am Later June (TBD) - Full clinic, North Creek Morning clinics will end no later than noon |

you are interested in helping with our automation, we could use some new
people to train for this job! There are separate clinics for this and
the schedule is: Tuesday, June 3 at MLK Swim Center, 7-9pm Tuesday, June 10 at Germantown Indoor Swim Center, 7-9pm |
| We are very excited about swimming in Division F this year, along with our friendly rivals from last summer, Regency Estates and Glenwood, and our future friends from Merrimack Park, Rock Creek and Norbeck Hills. We are happy to welcome back our coaches from last year: Justin Owen, Danielle Nacke, Matt Jones and Ashley Hincke. And we are looking forward to a great summer swim season! |
| If you have ANY questions about the team or how things are done, or want to know about volunteering in any capacity, please ask any of the reps or swim team committee members. ALSO - we do have a team handbook, which is available online by clicking the link at left that says "Handbook." It's not long, so please take 10 minutes to read through it. You may find that many of your questions are addressed there, and it would definitely be helpful to you to download a copy. It will be updated shortly for the 2008 season. |
